Singapore Table Tennis Association (STTA) is hosting the 16th Char Yong (Dabu) National Youth Top 10 Table Tennis Tournament 2011 from 24 November to 26 November 2011. The annual tournament is held at Singapore Table Tennis Association, Lee Kong Chian Toa Payoh Table Tennis Training Hall.
