High Performance Executive (2 Years Renewable Contract)
The High Performance Executive will assist the High Performance Manager (HPM) in the effective running of the division and execution of High Performance plans which includes the management of National Team, Intermediate Squad, Junior Development Squad and Youth Training Squad.
Specific duties:
- To assist HPM in the implementation of High Performance plans on an ongoing basis.
- Prepare annual operating reports, annual applications for financial assistance and other reports as required to Sport Singapore, NYSI, MCCY and SNOC.
- To assist HPM in the delivery and management of Sports Medicine and Sports Science (SMSS) services to programme athletes.
- To assist the HPM in the administration of High Performance Management.
- Assume role of Team Manager for overseas training and competitions.
- To assist the High Performance Team in Administrative work including booking of air tickets, application of visas and registration for competitions.
Requirements:
- Diploma/’A’ Level/Degree, entry level or with at least one year of relevant working experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in NSA will be an advantage.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- A team player who is resourceful, adaptable and able to perform key tasks under assigned timelines.
- Must be able to travel overseas.
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (need to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates).
- Have passion for sports.

Sports Development Executive (2 Years Renewable Contract)
Your primary duty will be promoting, managing and developing Table Tennis sport at community level in Singapore, including:
- Active development of new Table Tennis programs for the public;
- Administration for on-going programmes, like processing of registrations, booking of facilities, deployment of coaching staff, issuance of notifications etc;
- Coordination of publicity and/or outreach events;
- Planning for Selection Trial;
- Organisation of local Table Tennis Tournaments;
- Management of Technical officials’ and coaches’ matters;
- Implementation of National Umpires courses and deployment of umpires for international/local competitions;
- Implementation of National Coaching courses; and
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/’A’ Level/Degree, entry level or with at least one year of relevant working experience preferred;
- Good interpersonal communication and report writing skills;
- Keen interest in sports and community engagement;
- Good knowledge of sports or co-curricular activities records;
- Must be willing to work long hours on events days;
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin. (Need to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates);
- Proactive learning attitude.

Table Tennis Coach
Roles and Responsibilities
- To provide professional table tennis coaching services primarily for students of pre-secondary school (age 5 to 12 years old) at the training centres and/or other youth development and Learn-to-play programmes.
- To develop player performance pathways to grow into more competitive table tennis opportunities.
- To work closely with the Head Coach and the management in ensuring that coaching programs are designed to complement the Association’s mission, and are implemented in accordance with the Association’s operating policies and growth plans.
Job Requirements
- Passion and sufficiently proficient for Table Tennis and for coaching.
- Experience in coaching Table Tennis sport, especially to children, will be an advantage.
- Ability and willingness to mentor and motivate students with a wide range of skills, ages and physical abilities.
- Ability to design, plan and deliver effective coaching sessions.
- 51/2 days’ work weekly.
- Be able to travel to different work locations
- Proficient in English & Mandarin, written & verbal (Need to communicate with Mandarin speaking associates).
- Table Tennis NCAP or relevant coaching certification. Registration with NROC will be an advantage.
