Singapore is on course to celebrate its men’s singles South East Asia win tomorrow.
The Asian Qualification event serves as a qualification event for the Tokyo Olympic Games.
Koen Pang will play against his team mate Clarence Chew tomorrow in the finals. The winner of the finals will become first Singapore born to qualify for the Olympics men’s singles event. In the semi-finals, Koen Pang SGP won TANVIRIYAVECHAKUL Padasak THA 4-0 (17-15, 11-6, 11-5, 11-7) and Clarence Chew SGP defeated NIMAN R. Nikola INA 4-1 (11-7, 7-11, 11-6, 11-3, 11-4).
