The STTA will adhere to the Multi-Ministry Taskforce & SportSG advisory that with effect from 16 May to 13 June 2021, there will be further tightening of safe management measures to curb the transmission of COVID-19 within the community.

For this reason, the STTA will suspend its Zone Training Centres (ZTC), Junior Development Squad (JDS) and Youth Training Squad (YTS), Intermediate Squad (IS), Learn to Play and Continue to Play programmes from 16 May to 13 June 2021.

The STTA will pro-rate the ZTC, JDS and YTS training fees during this affected period.  Meanwhile, STTA will also defer the collection of training fees via GIRO.   For the Learn to Play and Continue to Play programmes, there will be make up lessons after the suspension.  In the interim, the STTA strongly advise our athletes not to participate in any table tennis private coaching lessons to minimise the transmission risk.
