The tournament is opened to Singapore Citizens, permanent residents and non-Singapore Citizens residing in Singapore with valid passes (Student Pass, Long Term Pass, Dependent’s Pass, Work Permit, S Pass or Employment Pass) only. Each Team may register a maximum of TWO number of PRs/non-Singapore Citizens.
