REVISION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR STTA ZONE TRAINING CENTRE (ZTC) PROGRAMME

Updated Terms and Conditions (T&C) for ZTC Programmes as follow:

Withdrawal notice:

Duly completed withdrawal form should be submitted to coaches with at least one month notice and the last day of training shall be the last day of the following month.  

Example A

If you submit the withdrawal form on 31 Aug 2022, the last day of training shall be on 30 Sep 2022. Training fees up to 30 Sep 2022 will still be payable.

Example B

If you submit the withdrawal form on 1 Aug 2022, the last day of training shall be on 30 Sep 2022. Training fees up to 30 Sep 2022 will still be payable.

The new notice period will apply to all new trainees for withdrawal forms received on or after 1 Aug 2022.

Grace period for existing trainees:

For existing trainees, the new notice period applies to withdrawal forms received by STTA on or after 1 Sep 2022.

Bank Charges

With effect from 1 Aug 2022, our bank will impose cheque clearance fees and over the counter charges, if you pay STTA via cheque, an additional Cheque Clearance Admin fee of $10 + prevailing GST on top of the other current charges will be imposed. This will take effect from 1 Aug 2022.

Updated Terms and Conditions (T&C) for JDS & YTS Programmes, as follow:

Bank Charges

With effect from 1 Aug 2022, our bank will impose cheque clearance fees and over the counter charges, if you pay STTA via cheque, an additional Cheque Clearance Admin fee of $10 + prevailing GST on top of the other current charges will be imposed. This will take effect from 1 Aug 2022.

Refund

As we move towards electronic payment, STTA will pay/refund trainees via e-payment with effect from 1 Aug 2022.
