Izaac Quek, 14 years old, won his first Cadet Singles title at the ITTF World Junior Circuit, Swedish Junior & Cadet Open, which concluded yesterday.   Izaac proved to be too strong for his opponents as he was leading a 3-0 win all the way from the quarterfinals to the finals.  His final win was against Canadian Martin Simeon (11-8, 11-9, 11-8).

Not to be outdone, his team mates Zhou Jingyi and Jayden Tan took home the bronze medal in the Cadet Girls’ Singles and Mini-Cadet Boys’ Singles events respectively.
